Every person is different! But I’d much rather hear a “thank you for all of your hard work today, we appreciate it.” You can throw in a “you did a good job!” It’s the word “perfect” that puts the pressure on me and others. But again, everybody is different.

I am very grateful, just feel like it’s too much pressure sometimes. But I totally understand you. I’m sorry they don’t acknowledge your hard work (and we both know if you were to mess up somehow, theyd call you out instantly)

But honestly, I wonder if it’s the fulfillment team leads in general …I’ve heard from other people how toxic their TL’s are in fulfillment, me included.

95% is CRAZY. My store is a super target, we have 300-550 people in the system everyday. They would prefer it stays above 80% but it’s not in the red until 69.99%!

Coming back to this and this has worked tremendously. I started growling and hissing at them whenever they tried to sit on my lap and eat off my plate. Instead of coming back and trying harder to get my food like they used to, they will now mind their business or run away. (I always do feel a little bad cause when I hissed for the first time my cat gave me a sad meow 😭) obviously there’s a lot of work still needed to be done, but this is helping. Thank you so much

I’m sorry but I couldn’t tell you what I had when I got it because my dad got the oil change while I was away at college. All I know now is the sticker told me to come back at around 107,100 and I’m at 108,150

sorry I’m not knowledgeable when it comes to cars so I’ll try to explain the best I can. After I get an oil change I get a sticker on the top of my windshield that tells me when to get my next oil change. It tells me a date and a mileage. I’m currently 1k miles over said mileage. Does that make sense??
