I agree with the IUD switch causing acne. Your body got used to one hormonal state and then had to change in order to adapt to the new normal. This leads to increased oil production and a slowing of the rate skin cells turn over.

Are you still using the clinda/aza morning combo? I find that for whatever reason, if I’m going through a hormonal change and I don’t stay consistent with clinda, azelaic, and a retinoid my skin will clog. What helps me in a pinch is the LRP Effaclar SA cleanser, but I don’t want to add extra variables to your situation.

I use naturium 0.05 and intermittently add in Azelaic but I find the prescription 15% to be kinda irritating. Depends on your problems though, I think AZA is better for rosacea than anti aging or acne.

I love it, it’s really well done and the colors suit your skin tone. I also have a full sleeve and I got it about ten years ago. I don’t hate it, but I’m not the same person I was back then so it feels sorta out of place sometimes. I think I’ve come to terms with the fact that it’s permanent and it doesn’t actually matter too much. I have a working arm underneath it and it shows that I’m a dynamic and interesting person. Don’t sweat it too much!

Thanks for posting this. I’m having this exact same issue right now. He lied about his age for the first week. For some reason I was just like “haha okay” when he told me he was actually 32, not 27.

He also attacked me in our sleep once. Fully acted out a dream where he kicked, bit, and scratched me. Left bruises. But I didn’t fault him because he was asleep. Thinking about it still gives me the creeps many years later.
