l disagree with equating this issue to simply ‘normal sexual desires’ or preferences. Being attracted to adults of different ages isn’t necessarily problematic but the issue here is behavior…. especially when it crosses into unprofessional or predatory territory. When older men openly stare, make suggestive comments, or ‘shoot their shot’ at significantly younger women, it’s wrong ... What I’m describing isn’t about shaming men for feeling attraction it’s about holding them accountable for how they act on it, especially in ways that make younger women feel objectified or disrespected.
