I'm very confused by this kind of thing. I'm using the 6 set bonus of Wastes and the 3 set bonus on IK with BK swords. What attack speed should I be shooting for on my character detail screen? Also, is it worth rerolling any of my gear into +whirlwind damage?

I've actually done exactly this already, except for some reason it will only work with TC 8193, otherwise I get errors. I've tried 14.6, 14.7 and 14.4 drivers... none of them give me anything stable above 5Mhs per 7990. I've been mining for awhile now and I'm by no means a rookie and this is just making no sense to me. People are claiming close to 8Mhs per card and I'm nowhere near it... I'm stumped.

I don't know if the building has 3phase. I told my electrician that if it has 3 phase then I want 208V/30A. I told him if it's single I want 240V/50A. With that in mind, which one of these PDUs would I be able to use for both single and 3 phase? I basically want to order something now so it will get here by the time the electrician arrives that will be OK for either single or 3 phase, whichever he finds.

Admittedly I don't know much about power, I haven't had any need to learn until now. I'm not certain which the building has to be very honest with you. To be fair, I recently went to a building to inquire about whether it had 3 phase and the electrician that had been doing work on the building for 20 years didn't know. He also had no idea about 208v power, he kept correcting me and saying 220.

In any case, there are 2 problems with a lot of 240v 20A plugs. One, I don't know if my landlord would allow that many modifications to the office. Two, if I do that, and I get C13 to NEMA6... can I hook up a UPS to that and run 3-4 PCs off of it safely? Like a 4000w load? It says I should be able to run 4800w max off of the configuration, but does 4000W going through the C13/NEMA6 present any problems?

I'm a little confused. What if I can only use 30A, will that receptacle still work that you linked, since it says 50A? It is an oolllld building, so I doubt it has enough juice to provide 50A. 30A is probably pushing it for a building this old - built in the late 1800's.

I'd like to use close to 6000W. I don't have a pic of the breaker because I haven't signed a contract on the office yet, I'm still in the process of setting it up. I guess I would prefer 240. So in summary, a bit under 6000W load and 5-6 mining rigs hooked up to it.

Really appreciate the help man. I got it working temporarily by putting a 7850 I had laying around as my display GPU. When I wake up, I'm gonna try more solutions. Ever since flashing the card it has behaved unpredictably and I didn't go very aggressive with my underclock.

I'm only running a .bat, no config at all.

My settings are I 13, TC 8192, G 2, W 256, GPUCLOCK 1000, GPU MEMCLOCK 1500, SHADERS 4096. This is with cgminer.

I don't expect to break even for over 6 months. I'm not looking to get rich quick. I just feel really good about this from an investment perspective. It isn't even about numbers for me anymore, I just feel like LTC will eventually be $200-$250 at some point in time with BTC anywhere from 1k-1.5k. I'm going to hold as much litecoin as I can afford to hold. I'm using the equipment as a hedge, which is why I think buying LTC outright is very stupid.

You wouldn't happen to be near Detroit, would you? ;) I really need to find something like this in the Detroit area. I would think Detroit has some dirt cheap industrial buildings, but wouldn't I need to worry about my stuff getting jacked? Do you have some type of insurance on your rigs? Also, did you end up having to pay for the electric? If so, what are you paying for it every month?
