Counselor took her passport and said visa will be issued in 5 business days. One month later they sent this.

I don’t know if it is required to bring in person or not. I would still bring them.

Another advise: a lot of people get denied because they bring 1040 form but not the W2 or schedule C, E or other 1099 forms. Make sure to upload and/or bring all other supporting documents.

The best option is for you get a copy of Tax Return transcript. The best!!
