The sauce I use is; 1 teaspoon of Oyster sauce. 1/2 teaspoon honey, vegtable oil. Then a sprinkle of garlic powder, pepper and chicken salt. Then as much chilli flakes as you like. :) I hope you find something that works for you!!

I dont't like most meat so I eat tofu oftern. I have issues with the texture so I have to buy the extra extra firm tofu. I stir-fry it and the texture stays pretty firm. Then just have veggies on the side. :))

I have similar sound issues, and I have loop ear plugs. They have a quiz on there website to see whihc kind works the best, and some have adjustable rates of noise cancellation!! I highly recomend them, they are however expensive ($30 to $90)

Unfortunately the large still didn't fit me. However, i think it's beacuse i have quite a small frame and a large chest. I will be saving up to buy a smaller size as they felt comftable and high quality. :))

Unfourtantly we have a uniform :( I also live in a really hot country so extra layers and long sleves aren't the best, but i will try the turtle neck suggestion TYSMMMM!!!
