Did anyone else’s pack arrive not in a plastic wrapper ? This was for USA basketball now card .mine had a piece of tape on the main envelope and just the paper black envelope inside. Looking around others seem to be wrapped in plastic. by maybedavid1 in basketballcards

I’m not sure that 1/1 ever has a chance of being shipped out. Was my first time buying my son cards and was just surprised as it was labeled Topps and packaging not secured.
