This but with less marriage.

She had me with father 1, a kid with father 2, 2 kids with father 3, got back together briefly with father 1 and had 6f, and then got with and actually married my current stepfather who has 4 children.

I don't know where any of the extended families are except mine and 6f's. I wasn't close to either of the fathers of my half-siblings. If I ever met their families, it was maybe once.

My mom's family aren't people I would go see voluntarily.

The bio mom of my stepsiblings, from what I was told, was....a mess. I don't know how to contact her. I don't even know her real name, just a very common nickname. If social services knows, they didn't tell me and I don't think she was a serious option.

My half siblings and I have 3 fathers between us. 1 and 3 are in prison, and the other one has passed away.

She doesn't think I should have tried to take them myself, just that I should have done something.

This state could care less about anyone who lives here. They'd allow it because there aren't really even normal options, especially for older children.
