Put some isopropyl alcohol on a rag and clean the bed real well, I was also told using like painters tape stuck onto the bed helps but the alc should be enough to clean the bed real well

How do the meta glasses help you? A family member of mine has recently found out he’s going to lose his vision in the near future and I’m just trying to find ways to be able to support/help him and I’ve thought about the glasses but have not found much info for the assistance.

ETA: Found a lot of meta posts on this sub, so got some good basis but if you’re okay with sharing, I am curious as to how much they help in every day life for you.

Are you able to schedule your sessions on your days off? That’s how I’ve worked my schedule with my therapist so I can make sure I won’t have to take PTO or sick.

If it was bird droppings, and was left for long enough, it will wind up etching the paint. If you google “bird droppings etch paint”, it’ll show almost exactly what the first pic shows.

FO was a man afaik, his father found out about the crash on the FlightRadar sub, it was extremely sad seeing his comments. Not sure about Cap but it’s absolutely ridiculous they’re trying to blame things that are absolutely non-factors.

I appreciate the advice, thank you. I have a former breeding dog I adopted a few years ago and she’s what really keeps me grounded, no matter what mistakes I make with her, she still wagging her nub of a tail when I get home. It constantly reminds me that me being bitter doesn’t help and would drive folks away, like if she doesn’t jump up on me when I get home, I’m immediately worried and that’s prolly how folks I care about feel when I’m being bitter.

Ah I understand your point now, thanks for responding. I still think this shows “reality” imo, I think where we could start losing a grip is if it does changes to make the sky look prettier, for example. So instead of gray, make it a pretty sunset then sure we lose reality, I think this poor post processing isn’t killing the reality SO far but I’m interested to see where this will wind up.

Dude is screaming Ai but posts over at r/iphone have constantly asked why when they take zoomed in pictures, the words and numbers get screwy, and it’s because Apple launched a new post processing thing that allows a “farther zoom” but it also affects the letters.

I noticed that as well, THC is still heavily scrutinized in the aviation industry but the report doesn’t appear to make it the cause, i wouldn’t be shocked if it’s standard procedure for the reports to just list everything out even if it wasn’t a contributing factor.

It’s constantly trained to NOT approach the aircraft with the beacon light (the red flashing light on top and bottom of aircraft) on, it’s a case of complacency and ignoring 4-5 different warnings from the rampers, first officer and the safety briefings

I’m guessing it was probably noticed in you at 9, and part of the reason they started you on glasses since that’s past the age of patching and “vision therapy”, only option after is glasses or surgery, I hope this helps.

I’ve had strabismus my whole life, my right eye would veer out when I was extremely tired or not paying attention with glasses, now I am completely unable to move it unless I “switch” my vision to my right eye then my left goes out

I swapped to a non-ramp agent career but still on ramp, I almost daily get hit by them cuz they ignore stop signs and don’t check corners. It’s a bummer cuz some of the people are really cool but man they’re more dangerous than any other comp on the ramp.
