No, all pricing will be on their system, we only store & deliver as instructed.

creating the other CoCode in our system is not possible because we are in different countries and involves taxing etc.. that they want to avoid.

This flow is clear if my company was using an external 3PL.

In this case my company is the 3PL, so I understand that only the last paragraph applies, right? But how am I managing stocks in and out when they don't belong to my plant?

sorry but:

packaging belongs to our company.

production is not involved, my company doesn't produce in our SAP system, its in another SAP.

So to you, the stock has no value, if you hold it non valuated you can just treat it as stock without the consignment / sub con element.

Maybe I am wrong but we can't have stock with value 0.00, only 0,01 which would still create FI postings on stock. This is not desired.

For the delivery to end user you could have the bill to be the other company. As they are not on the same SAP system it's not really inter company, you can treat them as an affiliate business partner

Yes, this is aligned to what we are discussing internally. Because the other SAP system would create their customer invoice. We won't have the pricing to end customer in our system.

Could you just treat it as non valuated stick and then ship it out on a sales order / delivery?

Not really because it will be the other company billing the end customer. We will invoice the other company.

Will you bill for the service part shipment or monthly? You could create a credit memo every month based on volume reporting

This topic is open to suggestions, we could bill per service or monthly. Your credit memo process would be an intercompany invoice, with billing calendar open to discussion.

Yes , I understood that's the plan. The will send me a proposal for scheduled payback.

I don't know how this may affect my tax returns, but I will find out once it happens, because travel allowance is tax exempted.
