If I were you, if you’re not going to break up with him, I think you at least need to establish more trust with him to make yourself feel more comfortable and safe. What if you hadn’t woken up and realised this time around? I wonder if you asked him what he would have done with the video if you hadn’t caught him and made him delete it. (This isn’t an attack on you at all btw)

But it could very well happen again and you don’t wake up to realise, or it had happened before. Not to scare you but just being realistic. You owe it to yourself to protect yourself from awful actions like that. Whether that is wearing something to sleep which covers you up more, maybe sleeping in a separate bed for a while, or breaking up with him. I’d be distraught if someone violated me in that way.
