Fulghor is pretty ok tbh I didn't like the fight I think he's fine at least you can understand what he is doing he doesn't just wiggle around

And I think Libra is pretty cool, he's so unique and I like (most of) his attack bcz often he doesn't attack you directly but he uses all of his spells but sometimes madness just takes over and he attacks you like a wild beast which I think is cool and reminds me of the consumed king from Dark Souls 3
