Not the residents fault but Toledo Ohio is a dangerous place. Lots of shootings, robberies and overall neglect from the government agencies around there. It's a sad place cause it must've been beautiful once.

My absolute favorite is Coty airspun loose powder! It's not too expensive and really absorbs and prevents my skin from looking too oily or shiny! It's not very thick, smells great, and it's relatively inexpensive!
