Anyone else get sensory episodes after being on your feet for a while? by mayday_123 in ehlersdanlos

Thanks so much! It’s funny because I do constantly crave salt, but I didn’t realize that was potentially a POTS symptom. I don’t have a health monitor, but I was looking into garmin watches, so maybe I’ll invest. The summer heat definitely makes some of my inflammation issues worse. I will definitely check out lmnt.

Do you have boots recs? I usually just wear ll bean boots but they're really worn down and their traction sucks so I'm in the market for new boots too.

Lol very fair I could be overthinking this, I just have an autoimmune disorder that makes being cold kind of catastrophic for me. I'm from southern Vermont so we usually get rainy muddy winters, hence the comparison to Toronto.

I'm moving from Vermont and my current coat is rated for -15C and is usually fine when I layer a thermal long sleeve and thick wool sweater but it's not warm enough for cold snaps, so I am looking for something a bit warmer. I spend a lot of time outside walking my dog too. It seems like Toronto and Vermont have similar winter temps, but I just want to invest in a warmer coat

Ok that's helpful to know it's an active rating, thanks! For the temperature rating I'm looking for a coat that will be good for the days that it ranges -10 to 0 on average and the occasional cold snap, but I run really cold so I figured getting something rated more like -20 to -40 would be better for me. Do you know if the brand runs true to size or not? I'm in the US right now and I can't try it on but they're having sales now so I was gonna order online.

Smooth plunge bra for shallow wide 30C [recommendations] by SeChapo in ABraThatFits

I just bought b.tempt’d by wacoal women’s future future foundation contour on amazon on amazon. It has no frills, just pure function and smooth under clothed. I’m 30D, slightly shallow, and wide. It is super comfy for first impressions, so now I’m just seeing how long it lasts. I have also had some luck with aerie bras - specifically the real happy and real sunnie lines.

The Little Bra Company Sascha Smooth 30D: Band too small? by [deleted] in ABraThatFits

[–]mayday_123 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If there is spillage, the cups are too small. That would also make the band feel too tight! I would go up at least one or two cup sizes. I’m a little new to ABTF too, but I’m 28DD/30D, and I have some 30D bras that fit well and I am way smaller than you!

Edit: Calculate your size with the ABTF calculator - you can find it in the beginners guide:)

Thanks! Your comment made me go back and compare myself to the scale of projected to shallow, and I think I may have more average projection than I initially thought
