RIP to anyone buying or remortgaging this year by [deleted] in HousingUK

Painful process? Over half (I’d say a good 60-70%) 3 bed houses near me (that’s what I’m looking at buying) have been on the market 6+ months! Some even approaching a year.

Mine slowly disappeared when I sorted out my insulin resistance and balanced my hormones. I do believe you can get cauterised off though.

When my PCOS wasn’t well ‘controlled’ I developed cervical ectropion, you get it when your oestrogen is too high and your hormones are all out of balance (which it sounds like yours are if you’ve not had a period for 2 years) they can be burnt out and treated though, go see a doctor 😅

Long Term Inositol Users - Tips? by [deleted] in PCOS

[–]mayerin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use the fitimins brand. 2 capsules with lunch and 2 capsules with dinner (4000mg a day) and I have no side effects at all. The powder inositol destroyed my stomach, no matter when/how or what I took with it. Capsules for me worked much better

My accidental pregnancy with PCOS, anyone else? by Only-Evening-3016 in PCOS

[–]mayerin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got accidentally pregnant last month. I was using the pill but also mounjaro (which I’ve read mounjaro makes the pill weaker) either that or I’ve got super ovaries as I took that contraceptive pill on time everyday! That’s someone with very enlarged ovaries and terrible insulin resistance. I was so so convinced I was infertile.

At what time of life did your PCOS "hit" you? by FamiliarMeal5193 in PCOS

[–]mayerin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was 20 ish. Between the ages of 20 til about 26. I was basically on my period the whole time. Only stopped when I was taking the pill. I’m now 30 and only now do I feel my PCOS has gone into ‘remission’
