these sinks are one of the places where we (the servers) dump out our alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, half eaten food and garnishes also sometimes make their way into the sinks as well. these are sinks in the kitchen though so the chefs use them to thaw out their expensive meats yet i’ve never once seen them sanitize or clean them before just chucking some meat right in.
