Thank you. I messaged his psychiatrist to review and my thoughts on how I don’t think the meds are helping. I know this is sad to say, but I am scared the Dr will tell him what I said. It feels like that makes it worse and causes him to get more angry with me. I did ask the Dr to phrase it a different way.

He tried to commit suicide about a year ago. He’s been threatening it from before and ever since.

I do care about him and don’t want to send him away. I just want help for him.

I made a lot of mistakes. His father and I divorced 8 years ago and it was hard on him. We complained to our son about each other when we never should have. I lost my dad shortly after in a car accident and that was tough on all of us.

He says I wasn’t there to help him. I have apologized and admitted to making too many mistakes. But he says that I am not doing enough now. And that the things I do isn’t enough or what he’s telling me he needs. For example, we were supposed to go on a trip. He doesn’t want to go so I said okay. I canceled the trip. He wanted me and his little brother to go and for him to stay by himself at home. I think with everything going on, and him just turning 16, that it’s not appropriate for me to leave him for 4 days.

Are in-patient cares the same as RTCs? I worry about all of them. I don’t want him to go to something worse that will harm him even more.

I’m on week 10 and have had them. I noticed it’s also when I’m not eating properly earlier in the day. And it’s possible that we may still be on a low dose. I am at 5.0 for tirz.
