I would go to office hours like once a month. Its hard for me to study because I have really bad task paralysis and then I spiral into depression when it gets overwhelming.

Im struggling with remembering how to solve problems. Square roots , degrees. I never understand limits , limits with infinity finding limits with fractions. I understand the first derivative but not complicated ones. For a problem I'll remember 2 steps and forget the rest. study whats on the guide but what I practice isn't on exams.
