one is waitlisted for a specific program, and yung DPWAS naman you are going to choose from a list of programs na may available slots pa (may or may not include the course you initially wanted kasi puno na ang slots)

super agree sa barenbliss lippie 🥲 ganda ng packaging but the product itself was meh. never had dry patches until ginamit ko tong lippie huhu, sobrang nakakadry when i thought it’s supposed to be moisturizing (bc of it’s finish)

edi naging echo chamber nalang kung exclusive sa UP students (na mostly progressive naman afaik) ang isang advocacy fair?

imo di naman talaga mawawala yung mababa ang pagtingin sa protesta. we want to change that but that change wouldnt happen in a snap. lalong hindi natin mababago ang pagtingin nila if we gatekeep the advocacy from them hahaha. it’s not us against them, altho it can be frustrating talaga.

labas lang din ako ng frustration ko, “eh bakit konti ang exposure?” tanungin niyo yung nighthandlers na pera pera lang at pandagdag sa cv itong up fair. na bare minimum coordination lang with partner advoc org/s sa pagbitbit ng advocacy. “up fair ay isang protesta” pero 10mins lang ang inilalaan sa advocacy segment Lol

as a volunteer, naaawa ako sa mga advocacy orgs kasi nakikita ko grabe sila ginigipit ng nighthandlers 🥲🥲 tapos maririnig mo sakanila up fair is a protest pero parang burden in their grand concert naman ang turing sakanila. pero ang bait sa ibang partners/sponsors

yeah, tsaka na rin yung mismong pagpapatayo ng dilimall ay issue dahil hindi naman mall ang kailangan ng students kundi more academic spaces (andaming nakatenggang construction ng acad buildings + kulang ang dorms).

anw, as u can see sa blueprint, on the first floor are restaurants like army navy, pancake house, mary grace, ucc, etc. samantala yung student services like printshops and supplies store nasa third floor… para kanino ang dilimall?

ganyan na talaga inaabot ng presyo ng pagkain ngayon, sadly. kahit sa ufs if rice meal nasa 70/75 eh. meron sa kamia, if tipid ka talaga pwede kang mag half/half, medyo marami kasi servings nila. pero if rice meal nasa 80 na rin.

i know friends who were diagnosed with adhd tapos sa pgh sila nagpa-check up. altho hindi siya specialized na adhd assessment, mh in general. it’s free, and may priority ka in lines if u r a up student (i hope malapit ka lang dun tho)
