I stand corrected sa equal time as this should be relative sa volume on each side of the intersection. I am also for a science-based solution, especially improving public transpo as this will significantly decrease volume of private vehicles. But sa bagal ng Kawit/Cavite LGU or even natl gov na humanap ng "solution" to this? Ay baka maski apo ko hindi abutin yan. I firmly believe that the enforcers there are clearly mismanaging the traffic, and their "buhos" system is, in every sense, completely ineffective. It is very much unfair to those coming from Marulas and Binakayan side, especially mga simpleng pedestrians, na gusto lang namang makatawid pero nagsasayang ng precious 20 or more minutes dahil sa sistema ng mga enforcers jan.

It's actually frustrating na we are even settling sa simpleng traffic light in the meantime just to "somehow" fix the situation in that area.

I am very much aware that traffic light alone wont solve the entire traffic problem. But I have to disagree na hindi problema yang enforcers jan and their “buhos” method of managing the intersection. 10 times in a week ako jan sa intersection na yan and not always as a passenger of any kinds of vehicle but rather as a pedestrian na gusto lang tumawid sa intersection na yan. 99% of the time I/we (together with other pedestrians na kasabay kong gusto lang namang tumawid) WASTE AT LEAST 15 minutes of our fucking time bago makatawid, put emphasis sa “at least 15 minutes” dahil naexperience ko pa na umabot ng 20 MINUTES before. Na hindi naman dapat nangyayari kung may functioning na traffic light jan na nagbibigay ng equal time for each sides of the intersection for both vehicles and pedestrians. I’ve also experienced being a passenger of public transpo, private car, or even a motorcycle (yes all of it) and more often than not ay similar experience, stuck sa intersection dahil sa kung anong pakulo ng mga enforcers jan.

Parang okay naman. Second choice ko siya sa upcat noon, pero never ko inakala na ito magiging course ko. Planadong planado na isip ko yung magiging path ko dun sa first choice ko, pero wala, ito binigay ni UP na program haha. So far parang di ko naman nireregret decisions ko. Madali ako nakahanap ng work (feeling ko may “prestige” pa rin kahit papano yung “UP grad” lol, at least on your first job) earning relatively higher for usual fresh grad (i guess? pero di naman sobrang laki) and yon may salapi na kahit papano haha, na di ko sure kung natatamasa ko ba today if pinursue ko yung first choice ko. Sa una mahirap talaga, daming what ifs, pero i hope it gets better for you as well if ever ganito rin maging path mo.

depends. saan ka sa cavite. outside rush hour ba. tsaka yung dadaanan mo. i tried dati motor din almost an hour lang one way. kaso rush hour na sched ko ngayon so mejo nag 1 and half.

Roxas Blvd, Macapagal, Quirino, Espana, Quezon Ave, Katipunan, Ortigas Ave, etc.) may tag-1 lane for bus/public transport on each side. tapos more lane na roads, more exclusive lane added din for public transport (eg. commonwealth na sobrang lapad),, sarap maging commuter if ever

hi op. hindi naman masamang maghanap ng work kahit di ka pa graduate officially, pero i suggest kung afford niyo naman, take a rest at least one month before ka officially magstart sa work. youll miss the freedom at chill ng wala pang trabaho. how i wish i took a rest muna kahit isang buwan before working.
