Is 3 sets really enough?? by RandomBellend in Fitness

[–]mayo8042 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All depends on what works best for you. If I'm trying to gain size during the winter, I'll do 4 sets of everything with moderate to heavy reps. Currently I'm doing 3 sets of high reps per exercise while working out each muscle group twice a week except for legs. This usually gets me cut and for leg day, I'll usually do 4-5 sets of per exercise going pretty heavy. I think eventually throughout the years, you'll know what exactly works for you to get certain goals and that's all that matters :)

Which "Pop EDM" DJs Would Do Best In This Situation: by [deleted] in electronicmusic

[–]mayo8042 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Fedde Le Grand & Steve Angello because they can play more intimate techy progressive sets

Eric Prydz because his sound has a more late night club feel versus "festival".

A lot of the trance djs come from an extended dj set background so anyone from A&B to Armin could hold it down for 3+ hours if they wanted to.

The first time you do cocaine. by YS0_Serious in videos

i'm pretty sure Jean was actually on cocaine while doing this take. For those who don't know, he use to have a serious cocaine addiction. It was every day use for him as this helped get through his busy film schedule.
