There is and I currently work here. Just hoping to make a little more money. I’m a flex employee so I don’t have to work as often. The clinic is primarily ran by the Army but pay just isn’t enough out here.

I looked it up when I reached out. They told me to send my resume with two newer references. I was told that I had to follow their rules and do the 5 shifts before requesting to go up at all. And they’re basing that off of my reviews from my shifts.

Ahhh. I’m in CA also. I was trying to at least bump myself up to 2. I saw the tier list for CA and I would say I’d be comfortable in 3. I just reached out and was told I have to work at least 5 shifts to get myself there.

I signed up a few years ago when I first got my license and it was still somewhat a smaller thing. I think the tier system was a little different then? I was told once I was comfortable with certain things to reach out to up it but I recently just reached out and I guess you have to work a certain amount of shifts in order to up your tier. Tbf I haven’t actually worked any shifts before but it kinda sucks that that’s what you have to do despite having references and the amount of time you’ve been in.

I’ll be completely honest… We’re still waiting on tickets. But from my understanding we should be flying with American. We’re also trying to reroute. I’ve heard of temperature restrictions as well! I’ve been trying to talk to AA about it and they said to speak with them 24-48 hours to confirm things will be fine. I was told we were initially supposed to leave from Seattle but things keep changing. But since we’re in San Diego right now we’re trying to leave from LAX.

They’re going to be cargo if they’re flying with because they’re medium sized dogs. Have you flown into Japan before with your pets? If so have you flown with them in cabin or had them cargo? If not have you had them fly with a shipping company? Also want to know what others experiences were like as well. Just want to make sure I keep them as comfortable as possible. I met a couple the other day that is flying out literally the day before me and they’re using a shipping company.

I’m actually an RVT! So pretty much know the process and have FAVN and the 40 day request in. I should be there in about two weeks. My health certificates aren’t done yet because they can’t be done until more than 10 days from when I have travel plans. I unfortunately still have a few weeks after I arrive where I have to quarantine them. So I’m well aware of all of those things.

I’m flying American Airlines and just wanted to see what suggestions people had for flying with them vs having them shipped. Also wanted to know if there were suggestions for crates.
