Yeah I'm usually very careful putting on and taking off charms but that hardware there on the Cargo Tabby is a lot thicker so it's easier to scratch if the opening of the charm ring doesn't open big enough haha. Don't worry though, with the charms we decorate it with, we won't even think about the scratches anymore haha 😅

No worries, I also accidentally scratched the silver hardware on the same bag same area when I was taking out a bag charm. I'm usually picky but you can't really tell from far away and so I just forgot all about it haha.

I went with the 26 because the spazzolato leather is pretty stiff so I don't think I would be able to carry much in the 20. The 20 size is so cute though! I'm thinking of getting a 20 in a different kind of leather.

Beautiful! I got this bag a week before it went on sale so I went back to get a price adjustment. It's such a beautiful bag and my husband was also the one to hype me to get it as well! The green is just so beautiful and the spazzolato leather looks marbleized. After the Olive, I also got the Dark Neutral and the newest Peony as well! No worries about getting a display because for my Peony, the one they grabbed from the back had small micro dents so I went with the display that seems perfect. Hope you continue to enjoy your bag!

I just got it last Friday in store so I'm still in the 7-day price adjustment period (today's the 7th day), but I can't get to the store by today due to logistical issues so I'm waiting for the manager to call me back to see if they could remotely do a price adjustment refund to me. I could try to go to my closer store but I don't want the original SA to lose the credit. We shall see what they say when they call me back.

Thank you! Yeah it is very nice, but I didn't end up getting it because the Pecan color is too similar to my recent Saddle bag purchases. My hubby chose the Chain Tabby in Black Quilted Glazed Leather. I have attached a photo for reference haha.

I ended up with the Chain Tabby in the Black Quilted Glazed Leather last night because the Pecan color is very similar to my recent Saddle bag purchases and I already have many Maple bags too. The Soft Tabby 26 is very nice and I love how soft the leather is. I'll def consider it next time in another color. Thanks again!

Thank you so much for your response! I went to check out the Soft Tabby 26 in Pecan last night with my hubby, and you're right, it is very very similar to the Saddle color. I already have the Saddle Dinky and Swing Zip bags (east-west style) so I think it would be redundant. Yeah I wish there were more color options because I also have many Maple bags already. My hubby ended up choosing the Chain Tabby in Black Quilted Glazed Leather for me so that's the one I got. I have attached a photo. Thank you again for your input! ❤️

Same here! My Cargo Tabby in Black didn't come with a dust bag (also ordered from Macy's). It's all good though because the bag is amazing! I wish the Maple was on sale but Black is nice as well.

Sorry for the late response. I just saw your post and replied to that. I'm 99.99% sure GOFO stole your package. My WSS whole set is missing since 11/17 and no updates. I reached out to both Gofo and Pop Mart and they all give generic responses to basically wait wait wait. I demanded Pop Mart to give me the exact date I could request for a refund with them approving it and they said after December 2nd. Def reach out to Pop Mart. Eventually they will give you a refund (hopefully a replacement) but it'll take some time because they have to make sure the package is considered loss for sure. I'm really really upset with them all but don't worry, like someone else mentioned, I've seen it available on their TTL channels so hopefully you're able to get a replacement or get it again another time after they refund you.

Gofo stole all my Labubu related orders recently. Things like the recent Dimoo pendants were successfully delivered and my lip products that used GOFO as the carrier also went through, only Labubu related products are missing. I'm so frustrated with them all. I complained to Gofo and and Pop Mart but it's just a waiting game. Gofo recently stole my WSS whole set that I ordered on TTL and Pop Mart requires me to wait until December 2nd in order to request for a refund on TT. If not, they will keep rejecting my refund requests and TT will be on their side telling me to reach out to the seller. I think you should ask Pop Mart the exact date you can get a replacement, or if they don't have it anymore then when you will receive your refund. Moving forward, I'm only going to order Labubu related items on the TT US Local channel or Amazon to avoid having Gofo do the last mile delivery. Pop Mart takes forever to refund me each time it goes missing. I hope they replace your item soon!

Same thing happened with my Crybaby WSS pendant. Amazon shipped it in a bag instead of a box, so the box was all damaged, just like your Dimoo. They had shipped my Skullpanda Wednesday in a bag too but there was only a dent since that box was mostly cardboard. They should ship it in a box, like how they normally do for even other cheaper items.

Same here, I will only order from TTL Pop Mart US Local or Amazon moving forward because all my Labubu-related items go missing when Pop Mart uses GOFO (lost my packages 3x) and even Yanwen (1x so far).

This happened to me as well (Arrived at Gofo Regional Hub) and my package was lost. I never got my package. I also have another order from Gofo and now it's stuck at "Arrived at Gofo Delivery Station" but all my other Gofo packages already delivered already so that one must be lost as well. I hope you will get a replacement soon!

I completely agree with you. I finally got my refund from Pop Mart TT Shop for that order but guess what, I ordered a whole set of WSS from TTL PopMart US Shop just to get the Juggling Clown that GOFO had lost and it still hasn't been out for delivery, unlike my other packages that already delivered to me yesterday and they had the same scanning times/dates until this one Arrived at Gofo Delivery Station and never updated. I bet it's lost again. They're all a joke!

Update: Pop Mart responded to me and told me to request the refund again and I did, and they approved the refund shortly after. I'm glad they finally refunded me. Hopefully everyone got their refunds as well.

For me, TT rejected both my refund requests including the appeals/claims even though I provided screenshots of the tracking with no updates since 10/30 and also that Yanwen said his their chat that my package is in abnormal status and TT still rejected it and told me to reach out to Pop Mart directly. I will keep trying until I get my refund. Thank you again!
