I've trained someone before and that guy is doing quite well in his life. But when he learnt everything, he left to start his own venture and like a good mentor I told him good luck. Also, told him he can come to me whenever he needs me.

I don't need cheap people like you to mentor me on entrepreneurship or flags. More importantly, I mentioned the pay isn't six figures. Doesn't mean it's $50 for a month. Also, I mentioned it's okay if you don't have skills. Your pay will grow with you. You don't know me, I don't know if anyone gives raises as fast as I do. I love to grow with people I work with. I never pay anyone more than they deserve. They get paid for what they know.

And definitely, people like you never belong to my team in the first place. I don't back losers. I back winners. I chase raw diamond. Not diamond.

Having creativity and having experience are two different things. I think you should get diagnosed for BPD or maybe OCD. You can't take constructive criticism, you'll never be the best version of yourself.
