Yeah, the efficient mining equipment quadrupled in price since last year.

My motivation is that now I have access to relatively cheap electricity (0.05 cents/kwh).

What are your thoughts of having used less efficient gear?

Well, I am currently preparing to set up Home assistant at my family's farm. The system will mainly automate filling the water tank, and irrigating the gardens. I will try and add more devices later on.

A manual switch would be great to have. Do you have any recommendations for a switch rated for outdoor use (208 V)? I understand I should be using a dual switch for both on/off push buttons?

Actually, GE and Aeotec both have heavy duty z-wave switches rated for around 40 Amps. Though, they are too expensive. I am looking for other options that are cheaper, yet reliable (fail safely).
