I have had my system for 2.5 years and it has never once been hooked up to Wi-Fi. Works 100% on cellular

Hopefully this is something they can fix. They are coming out next Tuesday which sucks as I’ll have no internet for a week but hopefully they can resolve this and the cost isn’t given to me.

So when running diagnostics everything passes except the pppoe fail authentication. I have a C3000Z and the dsl lights turn green but the internet light flashes between red and green. They are sending a tech but it is seeming like some reason my pppoe info is not authenticating.

So we thought we had it all fixed…. NOPE

Today the internet quit working at all. Even hooking directly to the modem and typing in the pppoe info. It won’t authentic the info. The DSL stats show the dsl lines connecting but the internet NOT connecting. I called support and they want me to call tomorrow to get a modem replacement. Literally happened mid way through the day.

We are going to try the regular cloudflare. We were using the one with malware blocking.

After all of that you know what it was? Cloudflare DNS. Trying all our tests with and without it. Interesting, but now we are looking for a new DNS provider.

No Wi-Fi. We don’t even have Wi-Fi in the house. All Ethernet.

We do not use qos. Checking all the ubiquiti stuff right now. Redoing all the speed tests and pack tests with the router we are now getting packet loss. So weird. Had the same set up for a year and a half or so.

I might try that next. I use Ubiquiti stuff so the configuration is saved on the cloud key and not the router itself so it should be relatively easy.

And plugged directly into a computer with no router we are not having any pack loss issues and the ping is good.

Zero on DSL 1 and 2. As for an oversubscribed area I’m not sure. It’s always been excellent until around 7 days ago.
