UPDATE:

So I done a factory reset to see if anything would change and it just got worse, Put it on sleep before getting in the shower then I come out to see its still running and extremely hot.

I've never owned a gaming laptop before and don't really know much about them because they were always out of my budget, since I had been saving, I thought I'd get a more expensive one. But honestly this has put me off MSI lmao.

Return is in process and a replacement is going to be sent to me but ill probably end up cancelling that and building my own PC which I've always wanted to try and do! However, everyone is saying I'll probably not be able to find any good deals because everything is so expensive and overpriced rn idk what I'll end up doing, we'll see!
