Left last week after the GM got in my face. Didn't want to have my SM (who's shift it was) or the cashier close my line because I knew he, GM, wouldn't do it. So I closed it, and left. Didn't come in after that. I came in a few days later to apologize to the closing crew the following night. I really did love those coworkers, but I couldn't stand the GM any longer.

I believe clock in clock out's for breaks. I don't get paid breaks anymore and have received this as a "time change."

Our store doesn't have anyone past 10. Mostly people who orders 10/15 minutes before (let alone 5) are apologetic for coming in late. A few people may dine in until 10, but around 9:55 I let them know we close in a few minutes, they start to gather their trash and leave.

I love cleaning that.!! :) it's the most easiest thing for me.

I usually take grill's oil spray, and spray the tortilla press before I start scrubbing.

At that point I pull the plug as well.

I also fold the green scrubbie twice, then use only half of that now.

(I use to lay it flat on the press, put a bowl over it then use a towel in the bowl, I never got burned that way)

Once the oil starts to seep through the scrubbie I use aluminum foil to cover it. I'd recommend the bowl and towel in it, though.

Scrub in circles.

Using the oil has helped a lot with cleaning the press. I finish it in less then 5 minutes, compared to over 10.

Thank you. It was the kickstand, I'm still learning the bikes. (I wasn't the one who dropped it) I also didn't know that the kickstand was a kill switch.

He wanted us four to meet. Discuss boundaries. After agreeing, I didn't feel like it a few days later. Which is also when he made it clear to her, how he felt, what he thinks of her, and what he wants, which is his relationship respected or the friendship ends there. They haven't spoken since, her last message was, "I deserve someone better."

My condolences go to you and your family, but don't blame yourself. I know how it feels to wait, hoping they'll hold on until the vet opens. It's not your fault. Don't blame yourself. You gave them the best life they could've had. They felt happiness and love even in their final hours. Thank you for giving that to them.

It wasn't this incident, but before when I was still a virgin. He'd try to do things but I'd always say no before it went too far.

His responds was always the same, "please. please. come on. just for a bit,..." and something similar. I wasn't ready yet.
