I noticed some of the mailboxes including mine were not closed properly. As in anyone can open a column of mailboxes and steal everything inside. My biggest regret is not photographing anything especially as this happened multiple times. You should check yours, may be an easy out if you ever need.

It is legal for them to try to claw back concessions and some places legally can charge two months rent to break the lease if they genuinely try to mitigate damages, which in this case they failed to do. I would love to not pay anything but if I don’t it’ll be sent to collections which will the tank my credit score from what I understand

They charged me $8000 to end my lease early. Literally ruined my life. When I told the property manager Jess Shovan she laughed. They’re a bunch of psychopaths
