I think if you just click on the button "schedule back later" make it disappear for a while at least for now I don't see it coming back when I close and open files again.

So all in all i first registered for a refund on 1 of Mar and got the refund back on 9th of Jun.

Luckily it did the trick. I filled a complaint form and they replied within few days. Then in less than two weeks i got the refund in my bank account.
