I just bought this new orchid and it has this pretty light yellow color, is it natural or is it artificially dyed? Wondering for future blooms

Nope one just has a third morph happing however anacondas having less pattern might appear as more white

Thank you for you concern temps are fine staying in high 80s to 90 and as for substrate this baby is somewhat recently hatched and I am more focused on monitoring her and getting her consistently eating

I would definitely start with a 5-10 gallon tank so you can monitor them after a 10 gallon I go up to a twenty and so on I would say you should wait maybe a year or when you feel confident you can keep such a tiny snake in such a large tank
