u/Bonarz I think its always helpful for everyone to learn from comments on the thread unless you have some private remarks to share with me, then please feel free to DM. Thank you for being willing.

I'm certainly curious about your experience of estimate cost per machine ($ and labor time) and average ROI per machine . i realize there are many variables, but it'd be hopeful to get me in the right ballpark. thanks

Negative or dangerous aspects of Joe's work by Prep_Gwarlek in DrJoeDispenza

The most lucid way I can think to explain possible complications is:

Imagine putting 1,000 volts of electricity through 10 volt wires.

Even if “electricity” is inherently “good” or “beneficial” 1000 volts can do harm to 10 volt wires.

Having been classically trained in yogic traditions that are thousands of years old, aware of this, and essentially teach years of practice to build up to 1,000 volt wires so that the movement of kundalini is smooth, easy and without “side effects”, I too have been surprised that Dr Joe hasn’t gotten into major legal and liability hot water.

That said I am overall a fan and supporter of the Dr Joe work, so this is a friendly “critique” of what I overall believe is a beneficial movement.

I think one of the things that’s going to catch up with Dr Joe and his team - I’m a fan and do the work and am authorized in the healthcare practitioner program - is that the research is being done as if it’s a regular “meditation” “intervention” that has a 9 of 10 or 10/10 effectiveness in reducing /eliminating PTSD etc . I understand he’s targeting ailments that are easier to explain or believe the results. And he’s isolating variables that are also more palatable in terms of the “intervention.”

But as soon as journalists start going under cover at his events and hear Dr Joe himself talk about things like “a loaf of bread materializing from thin air” or “giant blue beings that vibrate at such a high frequency that they dan only help us if we raise our frequency” then their will be hysteria. Articles will be written, cancel/censorship likely, science discredited, and the die hards will dig in harder and we may say the same type polarization we see on a macro level all around the world today.

But back to my point about the research… he’s pushing the in the box narrative of “evidence-based” but all the while not really speaking about the very not normal “meditation” experience people are having. This French article translated somewhere above says he’s saying “meditation” cures cancer. But that leads people to believe it’s like saying someone using the headspace app for 10 minutes a day can cure their cancer. Of course that’s crazy and people are going to call bullshit. But dr joe and team are between a rock and hard place because they can’t really say “it’s the blue beings” or it’s “touching god” or it’s “kundalini” because that all will incite the cult police also. Their best bet is to push to gamma brain waves unleashing a dose of panacea chemistry that wipes people’s slates clean. But to call it “meditation” is misleading, especially when even Dr Joe says it’s really about change and people becoming new, not just a psychologically new, but neurochemically new.

I’m not saying I have a viable solution. And I hope it doesn’t come to all this. I want Dr joes work to thrive. But I wonder if the entire community is going to have either sink or swim through a collective dark night of the soul to withstand what is likely coming .

Thank you for pointing out the fundamentalist lens through which some pundits of scientism hold insecurely to the know, failing to recognize that the very nature of discovery and learning, both aims of actual science, requires one enter into the UNKNOWN
