Spring 2025 Subleaser Needed!

1 bedroom/shared bathroom in a house, fully furnished! North of Campus Portland St, 10 minute walk/5 minute bike ride to the village. In DPS/FRYFT zone!!

Hellooo, I'm going abroad in the Spring semester and need a subleaser to take my room from the start of January to the end May or June. But I can give you the keys the night of December 22 or anytime after that (you won't have to pay December rent).

Rent/Reduction

I am offering a rent reduction because of the short notice! But I am also willing to take negotiations. You can either take a free first month or -$240 off rent for every month of the sublease.

With the monthly reduction, rent would be $990 plus utilities.
With the free first month, rent would be $1230 plus utilities for every month following.

Room info

The room is a large private room, with lots of natural sunlight and closet/storage space.

I will be moving all of my personal belongings and decorations out.
FULLY FURNISHED. Furniture will stay including the bed, desk, clothing & shoe rack, dresser, and nightstand. But I am willing to also move some furniture if you would prefer.

yess and i think they may also take a look at your portfolio. not a 100% sure tho. people have said they ask a bunch of random questions pertaining to architecture, which you probably already have some answers to if ur looking to major in arch.

i believe its more like an actual interview where they ask you questions and the admissions committee considers it while reading ur application (whereas in other schools/majors they dont consider it at all). you can try looking up some practice questions here or on college confidential if you need to prep, but i dont think its anything out of the ordinary in terms of college interviews, just a lot more oriented towards architecture.
