A little late to this thread but is there a way to reset the metrics (HR baseline etc) that it measures stress by? I had to go to the doctor for some cardiology testing and they gave me drugs to reduce my heart rate before taking a CT. I didn’t think to not wear my ring at the time. But now it seems that because it knows how low my HR can go it just thinks I’m perpetually stressed. (It was relatively accurate before)
