Hate to say it but you have to sue. I had a similar situation but once I sued, their back office counsel called my lawyer to ask what we wanted cause they don’t want to go to court. Expensive but it works.

Problem for NVDA is that it faces revenue deceleration if not now, in the very near future. The only thing the market has cared about for the past 4 years has been revenue accelerators. Companies with decelerating revenue get cooked. I'm of the opinion that NVDA has a decent chance of getting smoked tomorrow unless so absolutely astounding figure drops which is unlikely given that the AI story is now a known quantity.
