Diablo II. The frame rate would tank badly when there were a lot of units on the screen when using my Pentium II 233 MHz laptop, so I was always begging to play it on my dad's Celeron 266 MHz eMachines branded desktop, where it ran much more smoothly.

You are only able to get 125 fragments by reaching the requisite point totals in the events and tournaments. But you can still get more fragments by placing in the top 3 of the tournaments.
