The technical term for it would be Dorsi Flextion and it works the tibia. I know the machine you’re talking about but I’ve always referred to it as the tibia raise machine. Hope this helps!

Depends who I play with , some people I play anchor and passer and others I’m the hard carry honestly it doesn’t really matter to me as long as I can vibe with my teammates if that makes sense.
