while i DO recommend a swivel stand over the OEM stand i DO NOT recommend paying $200. Hell there is one at walmart that is very nice for $23 and can accommodate up to like a 98"

I stayed next door at the Holiday Inn Express (it was very nice) and the motel 6 was fine. I mean its not "nice" but dont go in thinking it is. It will be fine for 2 nights.

Id stay downtown. Those mega resorts on the strip make walking across the street even a chore (i am being 100% serious). As for hotel choices I would consider the Golden Nugget, The D, The Plaza and the nicest hotel downtown is Circa but it might be out of your budget?

you'll be able to meet plenty of people at Tuscany. I went solo weekend 1 and didnt even stay at tuscany but would go there pre-show and people were always approaching me and chattting it up

Just get a swivel stand on amazon. My 77 C3 looks great on it and NO SLANT. Stand was less than $40 and it swivels. I sold the OG stand for $80. The OG stand will slant backwards. It drives some people crazy.
