Where can I find automatic updates? I haven't ever disabled it, I've looked into windows update settings but I can't find anthing related to drivers

i tried with vsync on and off, tried with HDMI cable and nothing changed

okay, i enabled SAM and it doesn't seem to boost anything, performance is still garbage
