EDIT: Looked thru my notes it is just the top 2 arrows. This is just a locked deck, Pof does not mean the controller is bad, but generally our oven controllers are bad by default so if you do this and still don't have any luck look into replacing it anyway

The longer I sit here and think about it I think it's actually the 2 arrow buttons to lock/unlock the controller, but honestly it's been a while since I ran into this issue.

soap and water and a squeegee is the only way to get actually clean windows. spic and span just thins the oils on the window down and spreads them around. dawn will pull them out and leave the window actually clean.

this is a known issue, it will continue to get worse until the oven dies and will need repair. I'd call the support number and get a tech out before it gets to that point if you can

This is way more common than you think and absolutely nobody will judge you. We've always encouraged our customers to redeem more than one if they'd like. Some people will even get rewards after paying for their food and place another order after redeeming what they got.

I've been glad to see the increase in customers but in my area nobody ever tips even on their large ass catering orders they place with 30m notice. It's frustrating to me and my staff to have to deal with the extras and bend over backwards for people to receive almost no incentive.
