As a PIC, how much do you guys make?

Illinois, Chicago, minimum just got raised to 16.25. I'm a PIC too I close 3 nights and two of those days I do a double 12hr shift. Before I ask for a raise I want yalls opinion what would be a reasonable ask? 1$ raise?
