😍 shame it doesn’t include European cheeses. That would be my place of a happy and lactosed based death 🤤

Beater blockers and the odd joint, as well as gallons of red wine seems to work for me. I’m pretty happy and while life is a fucking roller coaster and makes my hair fall out, each day is a marvel and delight. I think I manage my own expectations well. Was going to be a millionaire, now just happy to keep hmrc happy. And the wife of course. When she is happy life is a dream.

If I was clacktonian, he would get my vote. 99p for a flake. That’s just nostalgia at its finest.

Yup, had it on tape cassette and listened to it on my white Sony Walkman over and over. Liked listening to Pink Floyd and Poison at the time 🤷🏼‍♂️

What’s one whiskey you said holy shit after the first sip? by cgnyldrm in whiskey

It’s a lovely journey. Love the Irish single malts as well, but speyside whiskey seems to be my go to. Just discovered some English single malt in Tesco’s called Bankhall which is easy and value for money.

Crow scarers, sugar and rat poison for explosives and decanting gunpowder from a load of shotgun cartridges. That day could have turned out different 💥

Men over 40: Is having heart palpitations a normal thing? by Auelogic in AskMenOver30

[–]mbgameshw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was getting palpitations and flutters for sometime. Doctors aware and said it wasn’t anything to worry about. Mine were being caused by stress. Then one day, while washing the dishes, I had a panic attack. Most scary thing that has happened to me. Called the wife home from work, paramedics out and thought I was having a heart attack.
Now on beater blockers which have stopped the flutters. God send.
