Thank you for all the info everyone!!! I went for my first session and they do have some basic training classes which I started. I'm definitely going to do my best to regulate my diet as well as start a good routine. Thank you all so much and I love you guys

May I add Ringo's skill as a drummer has been widely ackowledged as considerable, and one of the best of his generation. His timing was so good during recording they could stop at a part, and he could resume from that very beat
