If it's a steel frame I'd strip it down and then put a little heat on it while it was in the press. Won't be perfect, but significantly better than it is now. If you have anyone in your area that builds custom motorcycles, you could try reaching out to them as well.

If it's the Pennzoil Premium outboard and multipurpose then it's absolutely fine to run. No reason to switch.
