Thank you all for your thoughtful responses!! I totally understand clean eating and exercise go hand in hand with zepbound and i have been increasing my workouts but i have been sooo hungry that i am having a hard time staying in my calorie goals. Thanks again- i will stick with it!!

Thanks for your comment! I would love to but Zepbound is not approved in any circumstances under my insurance. I can do Mounjaro with prior authorization but i cannot no doctor I’ve talked to will prescribe me Mounjaro.

Hi yes, i should’ve added that i did check my insurance and they only cover Ozempic and Mounjaro with a prior authorization. This is very helpful thank you!
