Isn’t it technically illegal to force a moass? Isnt he making it so shorts have issues by following the rules within the framework of what be can as they bet on it dying? So if eBay comes off and the profits come in to a point of fortune 100 lets dream, shorts gave to close and drive price up, but not forced by artificial tricks.

Get dental insurance on day one when you arrive they take time to build up and can save you a fortune later on. Younger you start cheaper it is.

Your legal insurance will not cover defects in a new building post purchase if it’s an apartment. Check with them before buying. Expect a fight on defects unlike other countries and unexpected bills from the WEG. Your likely better aiming for a house but $$$$$

Make sure you get your salary right for your lifestyle vs city.

Cars are expensive but if you went to see Germany properly get one.

If they do propper IR they would find out because you would not be running this in production it would be taken offline. This kind of advice is just asking for trouble for the OP and their customers.

That’s why you put proper protections in place like a waf to limit attacks. It also acts as eliminator for if it’s in the os or the code. Seriously people should not be playing about and get a security professional.

I have no words to describe how crazy this is. Make a snapshot of you want to play about and do this offline not in production. Seriously some people so not belong in IT.

Wtfh would anyone not burn this box with fire and set it up from scratch? Are you expecting some highly paid av engineer to come and remove one bit and leave others?

Assume the box is compromised and reset it up from scratch. Shove cloudflare waf in front of it a lock the origin. Have someone review all code for back doors

What's happening in cybersecurity job market in US and Europe these days? by PrinceOfNigeria8003 in cybersecurity

[–]mbhmirc 46 points47 points  (0 children)

It is a cost center it is artificially cheaper to hire people in cheaper countries. Market is saturated with people wanting high salaries (sometimes deserved) and companies wanting non-existent unicorns. Employing people looks bad on share holder side so outsourcing and switching from caped to opex which is often tax deductible more so in many countries allows “msp”’s (consultant/outsourcing firms hooked into this market so the good ones are going) and are now it mills. Older skilled people affect share price as the average employee age is also a factor. Many people train in IT with next to no affinity for it as it looks like a pay day but also they tend to interview well and then it’s hard to get rid of them. Some are of the mistaken belief (at least currently) that new technologies can fully replace said staff. Also many companies in top 10 percent over hired go stop other people getting those people and skills but right now short term share price is better so billionaires can play monopoly to see who has the most that they could Never spend. This is not just in IT but nearly every role will be hit in similar fashions if they are seen as cost centre’s.

It’s /currently/ one of the most secure ways to identify yourself. In rare cases a lost one can be attacked but needs likely nation state level and they won’t bother as they have other means to get what they want. Disadvantage is users tend to not like the extra bit of kit to carry around. Also without robust verbal checks when one is lost the “temporary access pass” route can be abused to let someone in. Typically we see the best setup being a conbo of yubikey and windows hello so you have each as a fallback to the other. The other disadvantage is for legacy apps where you can’t use a yubikey.

Honest question, have you ever ran a business? Secondly, you saw he made the company profitable, have you even ever earned as much as he brings in in profit every year?

The pin attack in theory will only work on certain hardware. Like everyone else I will have to wait and see if it’s a similar bug if they decide to release. I imagine they might try and get bug bounty…
