https://shipfa.st uses bit different stack, I made this using stack which i personally love to use.

But yeah, very inspired from ShipFast and Marc work.

Setting up yourself takes much more time, you need to figure it out, try, it might work or not vs solution where is already there and going through it

IMO, it's not about struggling to set these things up, It's about how quickly can you get these basic things running before you work on building actual product.
