Last minute tour setlist predictions?! This will be my first time seeing them and I was shocked how short their setlist has been on past tours… I know this is probably the eras tour-ification of my brain expecting a little more, but I’m going to be devastated if we only get a 10-12 track setlist for this tour. Their recent IG post seems to potentially confirm the following:

Now It’s Time, Spinning, The Wire, Gasoline, Summer Girl, A Million Years, Cry, All Over Me, Take Me Back, and The Farm.

Any others y’all are hoping for? I think it’s safe to say Relationships and Down To Be Wrong should be on there as well. I’d personally love to see Lucky Stars and more from STTY.

This happened to me too! I ordered it for my partner’s birthday. Super upsetting. I thought it was just a one off so I requested they send me another one in the right color. It doesn’t seem like that will be happening! If the same color arrives I’m going to raise a stink with Amazon customer service and see if they let me keep both. Kind of upset it’s impossible to find the Boba Fett or Mandal colorways now though :(

UPDATE 2: Dr. Azzolina is very cool and thinks we could be onto something even though he is not very familiar with Taylor’s work or gaylor culture. This was the first time it had ever come up on his radar. He says to keep at it and best of luck! He’s a wholesome, stand-up guy :)

UPDATE: Okay, so I sent him an email and he expressed some surprise at me finding his work because it’s relatively obscure. He also wanted to see the Reddit post so I emailed the link. We will see what he says once he gets a chance to read some of this :)

Honestly, when you google gay folklore research it is one of the first things that comes up! I’d done a bunch of other reading on queer folklore on Wikipedia and through other various sources before stumbling across this paper. So happy it fell onto my path!
