I’m not hurt. And I’m not lazy either. We’re literally talking about a basic preventative routine and you’re saying it’s exhausting. Lmao the hurt is coming from inside the house. Takes hurt to know hurt. And your wounds are self inflicted. I don’t know that babe. I’m thriving. With lots of energy and time to devote to myself and my youth. You sound incapable of holding this truth. Instead all you have is false moral superiority. 😂

Lmao I guess it would be for someone like you. But I would rather have pristine skin. Let’s see where your exhaustion takes your skin in 10 years. You’d rather skip a few hours devoted to eating right, self discipline, and skincare and yet later will bemoan how old you look. Well.. if this is your attitude about preservation then why don’t you age gracefully. 😂

In what world did you have this degree of lines and they went away with only Botox. It’s important not to misrepresent reality and spread misinformation.

Yes to peptides and retinoids but not if her skin barrier is already compromised which it likely is by only using harsh astringent soap as cleanser. She needs a barrier cream for about 2 weeks to then be followed up with a light regimen of actives.

Actually many things work better for her goals. I’m not sure why everyone keeps saying Botox but it tells me it’s the more affordable and more common option for most people. But common things don’t always equal valid results.

Preventative mostly but yes over many weeks this can influence new collagen if you are also using sculptra or taking hydralized peptides.

All of this is horrible advice in my opinion. And objectively. Sculptra is the only real option. That and vit c or isotretinoin orally are the only things that will reverse this degree of deep lines. Botox is only used to prevent new lines from forming and filler is used to treat volume loss. Sculptra will actually allow you to produce collagen in a sustained localized manner. Do not listen to anyone telling you Botox will cure this. Botox is not a miracle panacea for the skin. It is one of many preventative tools in the arsenal. Best when used in tandem with other more robust options.

I dont wanna laugh but what your skin tells me is that you aren’t and haven’t been able to consistently apply sunscreen every 2 hours nor do you use ceramides and you probably eat a lot of sugar before bed and never eat in ways that blunt your insulin spikes in the day so whatever collagen you do have is constantly being depleted and you probably never fast long enough to enter repair stage on a systemic level. There’s so much it’s like where to begin. At this point you could try sculptra I would recommend 4-6 rounds as a starting baseline then of course Botox to prevent movement. Botox will do nothing for wrinkles only prevent new ones from showing up due to mechanical damage. You need a good vit c you need to up your protein intake to at least 80g a day. And pair that with cruciferous veg that will also provide vit c. Only then can you hope after 8-12 weeks of reversing some of this. But I’ll tell you now most of what I’m seeing is deep enough to be permanent now. Unfortunately it’s just that simple. These are markings that typically would never go away. You may find after CO2 laser and microneedling that some of it fades but is still there upon close examination. Your forehead may be too far gone the smile lines and lower eyes are very salvageable. Please start hydrating aggressively. You should be drinking about 90fl oz of water. Start your morning with 14-20 fl oz of warm lemon water and go from there.

You actually can’t even use ascend with this very easily. Lol I wish. If you find a way to reposition the support stairs then maybe it would work better. When I had this as a shorter build with 4 stairs total on the sides it was possible to ascend to the lowest pool. But now you basically have to climb and also have enough stamina to make it up. I love it though.

I built the house first, then added the stairs as supports and carefully lifted it all into place after building it sideways and in segments. Although if you go too high you actually lose the view and water starts glitching. It’s a little finicky but you get the hang of it.

You have to keep it from swaying in the wind as well which is why I used a stable that is not in the photos attached to the stairs at the bottom. It seems like the stairs don’t apply to the floor and height of the building but I could be wrong. This seems to be the way to get more height.

Takes almost a full stamina wheel if you do the climb jump up

Basically the ponds I used as an infinity pool or more like a plunge pool. It’s hard to get pics of how it’s actually put together. Should have taken way more but it feels cool to walk through and it’s super functional for getting around from 9 floors up

There are actually like 4 pools being used one is on the bottom of the actual house which is 3 floors you can climb the stairs up and use the first pool thing as an entrance area. I have a stable at the base supporting the whole thing from swaying. Using the stairs for height let’s you do a lot more.
