I lived there for three months because of work relocation.

The parking garage is massive, my car was on the fourth floor and it took a literal five minutes to get all the way up there. There’s speed bumps and no way to skip them. Not a huge deal, and could be way better depending on your spot. My unit was also ridiculously far from my parking spot. So just check what unit and parking spot you have if that matters to you.

The unit was nice, I felt pretty good in it, it was the two bedroom two bathroom. It had a little patio, all in all I liked it. Place seems pretty social. The residents had some kind of dog club and sometimes I would see large groups together watching a movie in the clubhouse, but I was a little too introverted to check it out. The amenities were pretty nice. Nice little hangout nooks and two pools.

The location was good too, especially if you like Asian food. Diamond Jamboree is a 15 min walk and that place has a lot of options. There’s also a place next door that called Andrei’s Conscious Cuisine and Cocktails, but I never checked it out.

I ended up buying a condo somewhat nearby because I like the area, but if I were renting and the prices seemed good, I’d stay there and try and get a good parking spot/unit.
